Here is where you enter the words to go on the crossword puzzle. You may enter as many words as you like. The Crossword Puzzle Maker will then try to fit as many words as possible into the crossword puzzle according to the number of rows and columns you selected.
To enter a new word into the list, type the word in the Text box, and a clue (optional) into the Clue box. Then click on Add Word. To edit a word already on the list, click the 
next to the word. The word (and its clue) will appear in the boxes at the bottom of the list. Change the text as you like and then click on Add Word. To delete a word from the list, click on the 
next to the word.
Word List?
The Crossword Puzzle Maker allows you to save the list of words you enter so that you can use it in another of our teacher tools (e.g. the BINGO Card Generator). Once you have entered the words you want, then click on Save Word List to save the list to your computer. If you already have a word list saved that you want to use again, then click on Open Word List to upload it to the Crossword Puzzle Maker.
